About the trainer:
Elzytė Vareikytė
As far as I remember I had been passionate about two things: learning and human relationship. Discovering Non-violent communication (NVC) six years ago has profoundly transformed my relationships with myself and others. Today I’m immersing myself in the daily practice of living empathy, assisting multiple NVC courses as well as offering NVC-based workshops and one-on-one sessions.
Over the past three years, I have also been on a journey toward radical authenticity – coming back to the most sincere version of my being. Currently self-researching my relationship with rest and how non-monogamy lives in me, while deepening my connection to cycle awareness, PMDD, and practices that support living in attunement with my menstrual cycle.
Living between Europe and India, I embrace a slow life in harmony with nature
