Most of the workshops during “Time for Empathy” are not recorded, so the only possibility to take part in it is to join the session. The sessions that will be recorded, we will make available to others if the quality is satisfying. We may also use parts of the recording for marketing and publicity across various media. If you do not wish to be recorded, switch off your camera and microphone for the whole duration of the session.

About the trainer:
Aya CaspiAya Caspi
Aya is a CNVC Certified Trainer based in Oregon House, CA, who has spent the last 15 years bringing her unique blend of vision, practical clarity, and deep commitment to transformation to settings as varied as schools, families, business coaching and meditation, couples counseling, nonprofit organizations and media.
With a specific focus on kids and family programming, Aya has served as the educational consultant on several preschool series, creating original curriculums and consulting on show development and scripting. Her client list includes Warner Bro. Discovery Media, 9 Story Media Group, Cartoon Saloon, Field Day Entertainment, Cartoon Network and HBO Max.
Aya has been sharing the work of Nonviolent Communication internationally via online classes and in-person retreats. She continually grapples with the joys and challenges of being raised in Israel and finds deep open hope in applying NVC to the context of Israeli – Palestinian conflict. Currently, Aya resides in northern California, with her husband, three kids, 2 dogs, 4 cats, Chinchilla and 70 chickens and Turkeys.
