Empathy Circle - How Are You Doing Really? – Ondine Delavelle

Empathy Circle – How Are You Doing Really? – Ondine Delavelle

In a world of quick greetings and superficial exchanges, we often miss the opportunity for genuine connection. What if we took a moment to ask, “How are you really doing?” and truly listened to the answer? Inspired by the “Wie geht’s Dir wirklich” (“How are you really doing?”) video project, this Empathy Circle workshop offers a safe space for authentic sharing and deep listening. Here, you’ll have the chance to connect meaningfully with others, bridge gaps, and experience the magic of intention: in a space held for connection and empathy, strangers can come incredibly close.
Workshop Structure:
  • Intro and film screening
  • Check-in round
  • Empathetic exchange with the question “How are you doing, really” in small groups
  • Closing round
In this circle, you’ll have the opportunity to both share your true feelings and listen deeply to others. You’ll be part of a supportive group, held in a safe space where you can show up authentically and express how you’re really doing.
Join us to experience the power of genuine connection and remember, what seems banal on the surface – a simple “How are you?” – can be incredibly precious when approached with sincerity and openness.
