
Empathy for self. How can you take care of yourself on a daily basis?

Sometimes it’s just impossible to give empathy to other people, when you’re burnt out. When your brain is in red zone, and you just hear alert sound in you and around you. When your resources are depleted. To be able to give empathy to others you need to receive empathy to yourself. You can ask for empathy and you can also give empathy to yourself.
How to do it on a daily basis? Fortunately, there is a few strategies. Let’s talk about them – maybe you’ll find some inspirations for you. Everyone is invited.
