Empathy from the inside out

Empathy is an inside job. The ability to listen to others is defined by the ability to be compassionately present to similar parts in ourselves.  Being triggered and unable to empathise with others can offer valuable information about parts of us that are needing attention.
In this session we will explore how you can transform your biggest triggers into opportunities for inner transformation.
