Empathy with Mortals – Ricardo Guillén

Are you tired of waiting for others to finally answer you with that empathy and understanding that you’re longing for? Then this session might be for you.

I will start by sharing some theory that explains why and how you no longer need to wait at the mercy of others, and what you can do yourself. We will then practice to test whether the theory holds, and in the end, we will harvest what we’ve learned.

Ricardo Guillén

I’m Ricardo Guillén, a Berlin-based NVC trainer with over 10 years of experience and a CNVC Certification Candidate. My background is within IT and sociology, and my focus areas are mediation, adult development, and sustainable social change.
