Enjoy the Judge in You – finding the beauty within
Thousands of thoughts cross our mind through the day. An average person has 6,200 thoughts per day. A great percentage of them are judging or repetitive. Those thoughts can come from within or even can be expressed by someone else to us. It can come as complaints or compliments.
Do you know your inner judge’s voice? Have you been judged by someone else? What does she/he complain about? Do you enjoy all these judgements? Do you wish to change them or put them away? What do they REALLY want to tell you?
In this workshop we will explore what is behind the inner, and maybe also outer, judging voice. It will be a journey towards the beauty within. We will share the basic theory and then dive into practice. Be prepared to work on the examples from your everyday life.
