Gabriel Stille The Value of Values

Gabriel Stille – The Value of Values

Out of the many things we can do, to make our progress here on Earth more joyful and bearable, one of the most important is to find meaning: what is truly valuable to us.
Through this lens, we can see that qualities such as empathy or honesty can be important for us, not only when they are expressed, given or received, but they can also serve as reminders of who we want to be and where we are going.
This workshop deals with the topics of values, values clarification, and needs in relation to values. It takes its departure from the realisation that empathy and honesty are not only important needs but also widely held as values around and beyond the NVC community. The workshop is informed by NVC and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy).
