Garden of Our Needs

Garden of Our Needs – Priyanka Sharma

This workshop will help you to develop a snapshot of your needs in the present moment through the metaphor of a garden. You will be invited to draw your needs as a garden – with different plants, fruits and flowers that represent met needs and weeds and pests as unmet needs. You will have the opportunity to identify what areas of your life need more nurturance and what strategies you can undertake to do so. You will also have the opportunity to share in breakout circles and get the gift of empathy from others and give it to others.
You will need the following for this workshop:
  • – Colour pencils
