Gratitude Walk – Joachim Berggren

Welcome to join a daily practice of gratitude walk. The session will begin with a short introduction and then we do an individual guided gratitude practice in the big group. There will be time for sharing in the session for some participants.
During this session, Joachim will be walking and depending on the weather and other conditions the quality of the the sound and video might vary. You as a participant can of course choose how you want to participate by walking, sitting inside or in any other convenient way.
