Gratitude Walk – Joachim Berggren

Welcome to join a daily practice of gratitude walk. The session will begin with a short introduction and then we do an individual guided gratitude practice in the big group. There will be time for sharing in the session for some participants.
During this session, Joachim will be walking and depending on the weather and other conditions the quality of the the sound and video might vary. You as a participant can of course choose how you want to participate by walking, sitting inside or in any other convenient way.

Most workshops during “Time for Empathy” are not recorded, so the only possibility of participating is to join the session. The sessions that will be recorded, we will make available to others if the quality is satisfying. We may also use parts of the recording for marketing and publicity across various media. If you do not wish to be recorded, switch off your camera and microphone for the whole duration of the session.

Joachim is a certified trainer by the Center for Nonviolent Communication and a Mindfulness Instructor. He is passionate about the human potential for growth and development. He combines needs awareness and insights about individual and group evolution into a novel framework that includes all parts of reality that embraces all human expressions.
Joachim is part of the Empathic Way Europe team, that organises Time for Empathy. He is one of the organisers and part of the trainer team at the upcoming International Intensive Training in Sweden, in August 2025.
