Harvest the fruit of your own and others’ anger. Part 1
The Surprising Purpose of Anger
Would you like:
– to learn how to transform your anger into a guide for change?
– to see anger as a passion for something that touches us deeply?
– to use anger as a positive force for change?
There are reasons for anger, indignation and frustration.
Taking our anger out on others puts us on hold, closes doors and pushes others away. And often we end up in resignation, apathy and depression. We give up because we cannot direct our anger in a constructive place.
Often people close to us become targets of our anger, and often we end up scolding ourselves when we have scolded our loved ones.
This course can teach you how to use anger as a constructive force that can change the world for the better and help you succeed in your projects. Over five evenings, we will work to get to know the anger better, accept it and transform it into a precious guide.
In PART 1, we will focus on understanding and loving our own anger.
Anger is your friend
– Learn about anger Management
– Understand your own anger and its causes
– Find safe ways to vent your anger
– Love yourself and your angry side
– See conflict as an invitation to find new creative solutions
Our work will be experience-oriented and with a minimum of theory. We emphasize practical exercises that help us to listen to the body and to use the body’s resonance as a guide to what is real and true for each of us.
“I have learned through bitter experience the one supreme lesson; to conserve my anger, and as heat conserved is transmuted into energy, even so our anger controlled can be transmitted into a power that can move the world” — Mahatma Gandhi
Transform anger into a life force
Nonviolent Communication (NVC) known as the ‘Giraffe language’ contains a process that can turn anger into a force that can move the world. Anger transformation is one of several transformation processes in NVC.
In this course, we work with NVC as a tool to find new ways in old conflicts and develop more appreciation for the angry side in ourselves. Our individual conflict history plays a role, and it is often childhood experiences that shape our way of dealing with anger.
The power of anger can be used to create the life you want.

How to use the sliding scale
Our preference is to receive 180 EUR per person for this course.
We want to acknowledge that we have very different living conditions from country to country and from person to person. So you might live for example in Iceland where the parity rate indicates that 180 Euro in Denmark equals 230 Euro in Iceland. Or you might live in Hungary where the parity rate equals to 86 Euro.
We also want to acknowledge that we have huge differences from person to person. You might live in a so-called poor country and have access to abundant resources. Or you might live in a so-called rich country and struggle to pay your day-to-day expenses.
Please use the sliding scale with awareness of this.
If you give more than 180 EUR, together we can support another person to participate for less.
If you have any questions, please, send a message to: email@example.com

Opinions from participants:
“Anger Management is key to life and relationship building. ‘Harvest the fruit of your own and others’ anger’ by Kirsten brought a powerful transformative shift within me. The whole program is full of insight, practical examples and participative activities that enabled me to learn very useful insights and at the same time have fun and connection as a group.” Manoj Keshav, Founder, NxtNLP Research Institute, India
“The workshop put into perspective what my anger is guiding me towards. The benefits are that it made me look at the bigger picture, to look beyond the feelings and towards finding solutions in these situations. I learned how to be softer whilst still effective in situations where previously I had thought I should use my anger as a life force. The anger is a signal, rather than a method of communicating now.” Rosanna Ward
“Kirsten is showing NVC in action. It is a gift to experience her living it.” Margareta
“I discovered in this workshop that anger is not scary, it just needs to be cared for in a different way.” Rasha
“I was surprised by what I discovered about myself exploring one incident. A random incident at work seemed a rich vein of self-discovery. Touching on the Beauty of the Need seemed to open the possibility of a more fulfilling, richer life.” HJ
“That is not important how much the anger is huge. There is a need there that is screaming… I became surprised by how much life energy and dream lives in my anger.”
