About the trainer:

Adriana Ceascai is a Romanian candidate for certification with CNVC and member of Romanian Association of NVC, has found NVC around 7 years ago as a parenting training and then went to many general focused NVC trainings including 2 IITs and integrated as much as possible the principles of NVC in her life. 3 years ago she started sharing NVC in her country, focused on self-connection as she sees this is the part that made a shift within herself to be able to transform her outer relationships.
