How Empathy Increases Our Capacity for Choice – Karen Starz
How do we strengthen and grow our choice muscles? Choice is a hard option to pick when you really want to rebel or submit because you are scared, frightened or even terrified needing trust, security and safety. In this session we will practice with challenging situations and first identify how we habitually react. Then we practice responding through choice. Its helpful to have some NVC basics to get the most out of this workshop. And, all levels are welcome.
