[In English] From Criticism to Connection
The core belief of authentic dialogue is that any truth can be delivered to someone if it is combined with enough care to maintain the connection. Revealing ourselves within the relationship, we pass beyond our fears, enhancing connection and creating a flow of empowering energy.
The intention of this workshop is to offer insights for authentically expressing ourselves in a way that makes it more likely to be heard by others. Together, we would like to create a safe space for learning and practising tools of compassionate communication by working with real-life situations. These tools help us walk the path of authentic dialogue by expressing our values and at the same time show care for the other person.
What will we be practising?
– looking behind judgment and criticism in ourselves and in others;
– cultivating awareness and expressing of our feelings and needs;
– expressing clear requests to another person.
