Most of the workshops during “Time for Empathy” are not recorded, so the only possibility to take part in it is to join the session. The sessions that will be recorded, we will make available to others if the quality is satisfying. We may also use parts of the recording for marketing and publicity across various media. If you do not wish to be recorded, switch off your camera and microphone for the whole duration of the session.

Coaching, Supervision and Soft-Skills Training have been Kersten Kloser-Pitcher’s passion for many years. Devoted to building supportive communities, Kersten seeds and supports conflict tending systems that serve dialogue and raise awareness. Kersten is thrilled to serve as Co-Trainer and organizer of the international NVC coach education: Needs-Based Coaching http://www.needsbasedcoaching.com, which she is wholly committed to developing. Kersten’s work/life is rooted in Nonviolent Communication; she is certified with CNVC and currently holds an ACC credential with the International Coach Federation (ICF).
As founder and Director of Gesprächskultur (Communication Culture), Kersten continues to regularly organise, host, and facilitate trainings in Nonviolent Communication across all spheres of business, community and family life, both online and in-person.
Born in Austria, she currently lives in Wales. As a mother and partner, she walks her talk to navigate these times. As a flower farmer and artist, she counter-balances her day-to-day life and tasks with beauty and joy.
