Kevin SL Wong – NVC at Work: Getting aligned on needs
How do we handle different interests and potential conflicts at workplaces?
There are many crossovers between NVC and recent trends in design thinking and product management practices. In this workshop, we will explore these connections and go through a few techniques on how to discover needs among colleagues.
When: 6 March 2023, 11:30-13:00 CET (Berlin time)
How: ONLINE on ZOOM
Most of the workshops during “Time for Empathy” are not recorded, so the only possibility to take part in it is to join the session. If you do not wish to be recorded, switch off your camera and microphone for the whole duration of the session.
