M.E.N.O Circle of and for Women in Peri & Menopause – Magdalena Sendor

(Open for all women)
M.E.N.O. stands for Mastery, Energy, Novelty, and Offerings – a space dedicated to celebrating and embracing the unique journey of perimenopause and menopause. This time in life is a special moment – a chance to honour your mastery, wisdom, and maturity. It’s a time to catch the new energy that arises, even when it’s not always easy, and to welcome the fresh experiences that come your way. Whether it feels light or challenging, this is your time to embrace change and gather the gifts life offers.
Join us to share your story, listen to and acknowledge other women who are navigating, or have navigated, the path before, during, or after this transformative period. And how does it feel for you? Come together with us in this supportive space to explore, reflect, and celebrate this journey.
