Needs Meditation 07

Needs Meditation – Joachim Berggren

Start every day during Time for Empathy with a meditation on needs. Joachim Berggren will guide you through a 20-minute meditation with the awareness of needs. By observing both fulfilled and unfulfilled needs, you will be more able to sense and regulate your emotions. Part of a meaningful and joyful life is to be more purpose-driven and less hijacked by triggers.
After the introduction, when the meditation practice starts a few minutes into the session, you will not be able to join. You are then welcome back another day.
Our human experience is shaped by our needs – physical, emotional, intellectual, social, and spiritual. Connecting to and fulfilling these needs is at the heart of our life quality. Being aware of and being able to observe our needs contributes to both personal growth and collective evolution. Join this practice and become part of the creation of your life as well as a source of social change.
