Welcome to a meditation on needs, guided by Joachim Berggren.
This 20-minute practice invites you into a deeper awareness of your needs – physical, emotional, intellectual, social, and spiritual. Needs are more than just aspects of well-being – they are invisible forces that shape how we relateto ourselves, others, and the world.
By regularly practicing this form of meditation, you will strengthenyour ability to pause, reflect, and make conscious choices, especially in emotionally charged moments. Observing both fulfilled and unfulfilled needs helps you connect more clearly with your emotionsand respond with greater freedomand clarity.
Living a joyful and meaningful life means becoming more purpose-driven and less driven by emotional reactivity. Needs Meditation supports this shift. As you become more aware of your inner landscape, you move from passively reacting to actively participatingin the creation of your life.
Thisinner transformationdoesn’t end with you – it also affects everything around you. Through deeper awareness of your needs, you contribute to a more compassionate, conscious, and connected world.
This week, we explore the human need for light.
The session begins with a brief introduction, followed by a 20-minute meditation.
Please note: once the meditation has started (a few minutes into the session), it will not be possible to join the Zoom room. If you’re late, we warmly welcome you to return for a future session.
