Sarah Peyton – Empathy for the “Big Stuff”
Do you ever worry that what’s happening for you is “too much”? That you shouldn’t speak about what’s really going on for you in order to take care of others?
Do you wonder how to hold big things on your own when you can’t reach out?
Or do you worry about what to say when others are having a difficult time?
Join Sarah Peyton for an exploration of the relational neuroscience of big emotions, and big pain, and how to use NVC skills and practices that will let you feel more confident about being with others, no matter the subject or the feeling.
When: 7 March 2023, 16:30-18:00 CET (Berlin time)
