Competence – Zoom Talk with Ricardo Guillén

Welcome to Week 26 of the Needs’ Year!
This week Joachim Berggren will have a conversation with Ricardo Guillén about the need of Competence.
Ricardo Guillén is a trainer and conflict resolution expert based in Malmö, Sweden. He’s been learning and teaching NVC for the last ten years.
Ricardo writes: “I chose competence because I saw there was some learning for me to be done in regards to this need, in a way I hope it’s also instructive for an audience. My intention is to sort out what competence is, how it may become a strategy for other needs and what happens when we get addicted to strategies in regards to this. Also, what possible phases we go through in our development in regards to competence.”
