This week Joachim Berggren will have a conversation with Ian Peatey about the need of Cooperation.

Ian Peatey has been a Certified NVC Trainer since 2008 and lives in Bucharest, Romania with his wife Mona (also a Certified Trainer), daughter and dog. Although British, he has made his home in Eastern Europe and has supported the growth of NVC community in Romania. Ian is also a Solution Focused Coach and works with companies, couples and individuals supporting them build high quality relationships.

Ian says: “I chose to explore co-operation because I’ve experienced first-hand how vital it is for the success of our most important relationships – at home and at work. Many of us grew up in cultures promoting the myth of the individual hero. In reality, most steps forward are collaborative in nature. Even geniuses need support systems. I’m fascinated by this need that invites us to bring our talents, qualities and gifts together with others to complement and create. Co-operation is the realisation of true ‘power with’ to work together on the challenges of modern life, in building family, social change or businesses that make a positive contribution to the world.”
