Dancing with Shame - Embodiment for Self-Compassion

Dancing with Shame – Embodiment for Self-Compassion – Sasha Soreff

Does shame ever stop you in your tracks? It can bring such heaviness and self-condemnation. Embodiment can interrupt the spiral. With gentle movement and empathy for the experience, we’ll look to lighten shame’s weight and power and support more self-compassion. No movement experience is necessary, all movement invitations are optional, and stillness is welcome.
