This week Joachim Berggren will have a conversation with Rhonda Mills about the need of Ease.
Rhonda Mills, Coach & Group Facilitator and Founder of Transformation Playground, LLC
Rhonda’s intention is to support more love and joy to flow through us and our world. Her work opens a space of compassion, connection, and discovery. She works with individuals, couples, and groups, and is particularly interested in collective trauma healing processes.
Rhonda writes: I chose the need ease as I find it interesting on multiple levels. The first idea that comes up is a felt sense of ease reflecting some level of psycho-physiological grounding — from which we have increased capacity to relate and make creative choices. Also, ease connected to resilience and a sense of feeling resourced. I find my need for ease relates to many other needs in various moments. For example – rest, peace, being, play, movement, support, and connection to name a few.
I look forward to sharing and listening and exploring the need for ease together, discovering how we already experience ease and ways we might cultivate a sense of ease in times that are difficult.
