Harmony – Zoom Talk with Goni Zilberman
Welcome to Week 12 of the Needs’ Year!
This week Joachim Berggren will have a conversation with Goni Zilberman about the need of Harmony.
Goni Zilberman is a co-founder of NVCRISING, a digital leading global initiative for promoting the widespread and inclusivity of NVC. She is a Graduate of the Directors program at Sam Spiegel film and Television School, Jerusalem, currently working on her first feature documentary “Beyond the land”. For the past 15 years, Goni took a leading role in various change-making initiatives in Israel and Palestine. Before she began her career in filmmaking, Goni worked as a journalist, was a fellow of “Mechon Hadar”, an intern at “Just Vision” and a fellow of the Israeli Palestinian program “The New Story Leadership for the Middle East”.
Goni says: In the past few years the need for harmony is very present in my life. I struggle mainy to find strategies that hold both authenticity, honesty and harmony together. I question, what is harmony, what does it mean to have or not to have it in my life, how does Harmony speak in the different cultures that my family is coming from?
