Relationships are Strategies: a needs mapping session – Meenadchi

Relationships are not just bonds of affection; they are strategies we use to meet our needs. When a single relationship becomes the only place we turn for safety, intimacy, regulation, or meaning, it begins to carry more weight than it was ever meant to hold. Over time, that pressure can create strain, resentment, or collapse. We are built to be supported by webs, not silos. When needs are distributed, relationships can soften, breathe, and become sites of choice rather than survival. During this workshop, you will be guided through a gentle process to map out the intersections of your needs and your current relationships – so that you can be more intentional in the way you protect the relationships that matter most to you.
