Thriving together: NVC and close relationships – Gesine Schrader

What’s the secret to a healthy, growing intimate relationship? Join me to delve into the core principles of Nonviolent Communication. Discover practical ways to express your truth with honesty and listen with deep empathy, creating a resilient connection that not only survives but flourishes, rooted in love and mutual understanding.
What you can expect:
In this session I will introduce the languages of love, including honesty and empathy. Marshall Rosenberg, the founder of Nonviolent Communication, emphasised the importance of these qualities  in intimate relationships. Honestly and vulnerably expressing what’s in your heart can create connection and be received as love. You will learn and practice how to say now ‘No’ and how to hear a ‘No’.
Who is this for?
This workshop is for anyone who is looking to deepen the quality of their connections in close relationships and has done a NVC foundation training.
